Thanks for this! It's timely, as the Fanlet is currently reading Anne Frank for school, and I might see if I can get this, too for them to read (along with Maus and another book of Holocaust histories that we have ... let's just load them up with Holocaust history this spring why don't we...).

True, true. There are hugs aplenty around here, and the Fanlet is both sensitive and resilient. And also quite capable of figuring out on their own whether to read this heavy thing I might have sent their way or to save it for another time. (I cried over a film we watched about Chief Joseph, myself.)
