minoanmissWhen I got on the bus tonight I meant to get off at Hynes, go up to Haymarket, transfer to the Orange, and go home. BUT. The CUTEST BABY was sitting in her stroller, with her big puff of tiny brown curls and her ivory skin and huge brown eyes. I said, "Hello, Beautiful!" and she looked at me curiously. Hopefully she liked the rainbow scarf.
And then on the next stop a lady got on with a cart, and sitting in the cart was a bedraggled but chill Yorkie, and when the Baby's dad pointed him out to her she made little high noises of joy and kept pointing to him. And so I stayed on the bus past my stop to keep watching the baby delighting in the dog.
Eventually the lady got off, and the Baby waved to the dog. So when her dad took her off I said, "Bye, Cutie!" and waved to the Baby, and she smiled and waved at me back!
