Name is []. I placed my order on Sunday and I've gotten multiple confirmations that the package has been shipped. But when I check the tracking number, it has not even been shipped yet.So you created the label on Monday or Tuesday. It's now Thursday, and you still haven't put the dancing on the truck. So I would like to know when it is, you're going to ship the product.This day and age, I shouldn't have to wait for five days, reading it and put it on the **** truck.The order number is []. I suppose it's possible that this is the straw that broke the camel's back, after waiting ages for other things, essential and otherwise. That's still no excuse for the level of nastiness, but this sounds like "oh god, this is the hundred seventy-third thing that I've been told was shipped, and then turned up weeks or months later if at all" combined with it being easy to yell at people who you can't see and are forbidden to yell back.

So she placed her order on a day when you weren't working, so the earliest she should reasonably have expected it to ship would be Tuesday or Wednesday? You're a small business, if I recall right, not a huge corporation with lots of people who can do just one specialized thing.

I know you're doing all you can. I had a major issue with Fed Ex yesterday, and UPS is a special snowflake. The shipping industry is overwhelmed anyway.

I ordered some books from $SmallCompany, and two weeks after I got the confirmation email plus a tracking number, when it still showed it had been packed up but was not yet shipped, I sent an email asking when they expected it to be moving. And I got a polite reply saying they'd gotten an unexpected number of orders (which is good!), and it would be in transit shortly.

There's no need to be rude to people! (Unless, yeah, I could see it with critical meds/med supply items.)
