So I set out to cheer myself up, as I do, and I turned to the ever beautiful Astronomy Picture of the Day. I always love this site, whether they take us to the surface of nearby planets or the explosions of distant quasars, teach us about the chemistry of supernovae or the light-bending nature of gravity.
