There are many, many foods I love, but I can taste heaven when I eat a honeycrisp apple.

I should give them another try, now that I'm back in the Northeast, where they grow apples with flavor. (In Washington, honeycrisp is the best of a sad selection, but didn't make me love it; but Washington gslas and Jonathans are also sad pale things.)

The Russets are on the market here now and Egremont russet is my all time favourite apple- coming from Kent as I do, an apple is never just an apple.

I don't know if I have ever tasted a honeycrisp. Lois and I always preferred Macintosh and Granny Smith. Why yes, we were not very adventurous. Why do you ask? [g]
