Goodbye Little Wound Vac

Oh my GOD I gave it back.

That was a really awesome shower. But first! TL got me there, the hospital was very empty, my roommates are screaming, and my cabbie on the way home complained this was the end days.

Also while I was writing this Mr. RedTed called.

Now to lie down for 45 more minutes and then go to work.

Congrats on getting rid of that little life-saving devil! My mother had to wear one for 4 months, so I know they are an epic PITA.

My spouse got a broken (R) foot in 1990 and the doctor prescribed a protective boot to be worn for a few months. We called it Das Boot. It was open at the toe but the rest of it was serious support / protection. Although neither of us danced a gig when it was taken off for the last time, the temptation was there. I'm glad you are free of your own version of Das Boot.
