You are most perceptive. :) The Wind Daughters were doodles, not really outside my norm, but the litte girl was a deliberate project I wanted to make exist.

I drew the little girl with the fairies very deliberately, if that makes sense? Whereas the wind daughters were doddles.

I agree - the child with the fairies flocking around to dance with her is adorable! But I couldn't help but think of the other one, with the woman and one fairy, depicts the little girl once she's grown, and the fairy is one of the ones she danced with when she was a child - perhaps the fairy is going to fly back and tell her fairy friends, "Guess who's back!" :-)
