I should probably take my own advice and write something positive. (NOT a review of the webcomic.)

For all that it often drives me nuts there are things about Tumblr I really like, such as the strong positive Black presence, or seeing people say things I've thought for years, or all the beautiful images.

Until I can get my fiction writing going again (I need to job-hunt, that'll get me writing as procrastination!) I sometimes toy with the idea of writing about one of those in detail. I'd probably come off as too sincere to be borne, though.

Meanwhile, more pretty pictures.

Yes, tumblr is sometimes not a total cesspool! It's okay to unfollow blogs that don't bring you joy, and focus on the delightful ones. And write away, you don't have to think about publishing it anywhere. Inspiration is beautiful and if nothing else, I'm sure it helps to strech non-fic writing muscles, too.
