Toight WD and I watched a very romantic movie. Deadpool and Wolverine. I really love how romantic the Deadpool movies are. Also how cartoonishly violent. Woot woot!
D&W was about 15 minutes too long total -- most speaking scenes could ahve been a little shorter -- but the fights were glorious and the soundtrack awesome. Also it was so overdosed on references, cameos, and tropes-for-the-sake-of-the-bit it came out the other side into being wildly entertaining. My favoritest cameo was when [y] put on her pink framed sunglasses. My very very close second cameo was when [x] turned out to be [a] instead of [b] and was thus hilaritastic.
It was a fun, delightfully violent, splendidly gory, ultimately heartwarming movie, and I need to buy the soundtrack. And WD didn't hate it. So yay!
