That's gorgeous.

It's on the side of the Harriet Tubman Museum, which makes it much less likely that it'll be painted over. Vandalism? Maybe. But I would expect the museum to repaint or repair it if that happened. (and hopefully they have cameras trained on it to catch anybody who tries.)
