Justin Baldoni, snivelling harasser who set out to wreck a woman's public image because she wouldn't kowtow to him
Marjorie Taylor Greene, obvious
Herschel Walker because he makes us look bad
Ted Nugent because what a way to use one's money, power and influence for awfulnesses

I didn't include some people because they've done things I value though I wish we could have the value without the awfulness. And I kept the list to five because I am trying to spend just enough time on this to purge negativity not wallow in it. Or something. And I kept it on the world stage because it seemed... a horse of a different color to wish I'd never met X BNF or Y person I have fought with personally. This is tiny me standing in a crater left by a stomping giant piping my annoyance.

My best friend found out that his wife was turning tricks (she was a streetwalker when they met - he always was good at rescuing strays), and that eventually led to discovering she was turning out the girls. He called Child Protection Services, and the kids went into foster homes. They lived in Texas, but foster care is never very good in any state. My friend stopped having any contact with the woman after that.

His ex wife ... oh my God I can't even retype it. Why are some people so evil? I so hope his daughters have been on a path of healing and that they and he have been able to have a relationship.

I refer to him as my "brother", although we're not related. We were lovers a couple of thousand years ago, and I noted that, with the exception of myself, he has lousy taste in women. He would run across someone who needed rescuing, and after he rescued them, he lost interest, and they pulled all sorts of shenanigans on him. The one who was renting out the girls had been a streetwalker when he met her. He was setting up the announce booth for the upcoming minor-league hockey game, and she was one of the people using the rink to just skate. But she passed out on the ice because she was having a miscarriage. And he picked her up and called 911 and all that, and she stayed with him. They got married, and they had four kids before he found out she was sleeping around and renting out the two older girls. Later it turned out that only those two were his - the youngest girl, and the boy, were some other guy's kids.
Her father had abused her, and then she ran away from home, and once in the big city, she got "recruited" by a pimp, and wound up on the street. And this pushed all of his "rescuer" buttons. She asked me to teach her Wicca, and I told her some books to read, and she wound up in a "cult" situation with a self-trained "Witch" in Fort Worth, and that lead to prostituting the children. I don't know what happened to the kids after she and my friend divorced. Occasionally he gets phone calls from Texas' Child Protection Agency. He's been married three more times since then. (I refused to marry him when he asked. We think so much alike it would have been like marrying my mirror. And when he asked, I was still thinking that I was never going to get married, and I'd wind up in my forties and dating bikers just for entertainment. (I had no social life to speak of until after I graduated from college.) I'm not terribly optimisitic about it, but maybe the girls got counseling and stuff.)

Oh, the Protestant Work Ethic, and the notion that God's chosen were selected when God created the universe, and no matter how hard you work or how loudly you pray, you can't get into heaven unless you were born with the golden ticket. (I knew someone who wanted to set up a Galt's Gulch in Montana, and he sort of did, but basically nobody was earning enough income to support the operation.)
