I was already at "wait, what?!", and then I clicked through and it's not the first such, and 12,000 square feet, and...wow. Sounds like fun and very peculiar! :-) (I'll pass on the lobster ice cream, though.)

I remember hearing about the first one in NYC - this sounds like a blast! it'd be so much fun for kids

The first thing I thought of was Wallace Stevens: “The Emperor of Ice-Cream”, so I had to go look it up. It's weirder than I remembered.
