My weekend so far

Yesterday i went to visit halleyscomet and whuffle and their bambini. C was a bit disappointed that I couldn’t help her paint her nails (I am the Worst at nail painting) and M was his usual adorable lively self now tanned nut- brown for the summer. Bwee. They have such a delightful household not least with the foster rabbits

I should praise rabbits more. They are very personable and adorable and apparently they don’t throw up which is definitely a good thing. They should definitely be more popular pets.

( perhaps hypocritically though I really like cats. Throwing up and everything )

Another thing that should be more popular is mizuna. It eats like lettuce but it’s a brassica size it can be chopped rather than torn and it lasts longer in the fridge. I brought a salad based on it plus a couple of other veggie dishes which were very much appreciated woot woot

So that was a lovely bit of socialization. As was coming home and chatting with S and his sweetie for a bit. Today after sleeping a ridiculously long time I am helping RK with a project. And then maybe sleeping some more. Ahaha

I tend to see it in my farm share or at farmers markets.

Rabbits are good urban pets.They can live in cages, and they don't need to be walked. They're quiet most of the time. they are fluffy and adorable, and they are completely herbivorous. They will eat almost any leafy greens - dandelion greens are good for them. Or spinach or kale or Swiss chard.

I miss having a rabbit running around. I hope my next apartment will have a good place for setting up a rabbitat.
