...the recipe maker clearly hasn't experienced the joy of coconut cream, which brings (IMNSHO) all the mouthfeel of heavy cow cream plus no worries about scalding.

This would definitely be good with coconut cream but then I would have to replace the broccoli with amaranth or another semitropical green from my childhood. :)
