This one technically doesn't fit my "all Minoan and Minoan Inspired Art" theme, but the Sleeping Lady from Malta is from a Mediterranean island's prehistory, I guess she's close enough to count. And I need a sleep icon.
I drew this long ago. The Minoans had sanctuaries on the peaks of mountains, and this lady is walking down from a ceremony, contemplating the religious awe she's just felt. I should find my scan of the original and repost her.

This is one of the Ladies In Blue from the famous fresco (in the interests of accuracy it was recently pointed out to me that the part depicted here, her head, is mostly the reconstructor's work and not the Minoans' ). She looks so animated, conversing cheerfully, so I have her for conversations.
