I made every medical professional smile, thus earning a good grade in being a patient. Which is both sane to want and sensible to achieve.

I have homework. Make an appt with sleep clinic ( I now have a referral) and take my blood pressure every day for the next month.

I gave out fans. People were happy

I have now met all my downstairs neighbors. The wife is beautiful and running a popular bakery (hence her being scarce) no wonder her kids are so cute. I think this house may have the only POC on the block ahahshs

I have a lot to do (interview tomorrow)but right now I’m going to eat some food and take a nap

There are some conditions that can make a person's blood pressure vary randomly. And if you have to measure your own BP, how are you doing it? Not one of those automated devices that tries to detect the sound of blood sloshing in your arteries - those are horribly inacurate, especially on those of us with fleshy upper arms.
